Yoga is a personal practice, for your unique body and mind.

We are all so different in the way we move and flow through life. You may have long legs that make some poses easy. You may have shorter arms which make some poses almost impossible. You may have old injuries or conditions that make moving harder.

I am going to gently guide you to move with the gorgeous body that you have, show it some love and kindness.

Your Yoga your way, to suit just you and your ability to enjoy this incredible practice.

Expect your body and mind to relax into each pose, no forcing or straining, just breath, relax and let it flow.

A beautiful morning of Yoga and breath work ending with a guided meditation and healing Gong bath, followed by a light lunch before you get on with your beautiful day.
