The Bone Keepers Ancestral Healing Ceremony ~ 10th October
10am-4pm
A New Moon Journey of Remembrance, Release & Renewal with Eirene, Claire and Cat
"We are shaped by the lives that came before us, but we are not destined to repeat them."
There are moments in life when we recognise that what we carry is greater than our own story; at times it feels out of place, like it isn't ours.
Perhaps certain fears have followed you for as long as you can remember and you just can't seem to shake them. Perhaps the same relationship patterns continue to repeat themselves. Perhaps anxiety, shame, grief, self-doubt or a sense of never quite belonging seem to live beneath the surface, even when life appears to be going well.
Many healing traditions recognise that we inherit more than eye colour or physical traits. We also inherit ways of relating, survival strategies, beliefs, emotional wounds and nervous system patterns that have been passed through generations. Alongside this, many spiritual traditions understand that our soul carries wisdom, experiences and unfinished threads from a much greater journey. This New Moon ceremony is an invitation to gently meet these deeper layers of yourself.
The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle. It invites us to become still, turn inward and consciously release what has completed its purpose. It is an ideal time to plant new intentions from a place of greater clarity and alignment, making it a powerful portal for ancestral healing.
Through compassion and the profound intelligence of the body we dive deeper within held by ceremony in the present moment. Throughout the day, we work at the pace of the nervous system, honouring each person's unique experience. You are always in choice. There is no expectation to relive trauma or share personal experiences unless you wish to. Our role is to create a compassionate, grounded and well-held environment where healing can unfold naturally.
Held within the beautiful sanctuary of Merkabah, a venue consciously created upon powerful Earth energies with crystal-infused floors, we gather to honour those who came before us, release what no longer belongs to us, and reclaim the strength, wisdom and blessings that have always been our birth right.
Together we will enter a sacred space where the seen and unseen meet, where ancient practices support modern nervous system healing, and where transformation unfolds with gentleness rather than struggle.
Throughout the day we will work with the transformative frequency of the Violet Light—a vibration long associated with purification, compassion, forgiveness and karmic transformation. This energy will run in the background in the space and through all the practices you will experience.
We will be held by the medicine of Grandmother Bear, inviting us to return to the safety of the body, to rest, to soften and to remember that healing happens when we feel held.
Alongside Bear walks Wolf, reminding us to trust our intuition, honour our instincts and find the courage to walk our own authentic path.
Our ceremony is further supported by the wisdom of the Welsh goddess Cerridwen, guardian of the sacred cauldron of transformation. Cerridwen teaches that true healing is born through meeting our shadow with courage, allowing what has reached its end to dissolve so that something wiser may emerge.
We also honour the quiet presence of Banbha, one of the ancient goddesses of the land, whose energy reminds us that every ending is also a beginning, and that the Earth herself continually teaches us the rhythm of release, rest and renewal.
During our day together
Our ceremony has been carefully woven to support deep healing while honouring the body's natural pace.
We begin by cleansing our fields with sacred herbs and the grounding power of the drum.
We then open the directions and invite the spirits that will support us during this gathering.
We continue our journey to arriving fully into ourselves through shamanic movement and lymphatic activation, awakening the body, settling the nervous system and creating the internal safety needed for deeper work.
From there, you will be guided through a profound Holosomatic Breathwork journey, exploring the ancestral field held within your body. Together we will invite awareness of inherited patterns, emotional imprints and ancestral stories that are ready to be acknowledged, honoured and released.
Within our conscious framework, we recognise ancestry not only through our bloodline but also through the wider journey of the soul. This ceremony offers space to connect with both our earthly ancestors and the greater wisdom of the soul's lineage, allowing each participant to engage in whatever way feels personally meaningful.
Following the breathwork, we will enter a sacred Rapé ceremony, working respectfully with Grandfather Tobacco (Nicotiana rustica). This ancient Amazonian medicine has traditionally been used to quiet the mind, deepen prayer, strengthen intention and bring clarity before entering sacred work. (see below for more information on Rapé)
After sharing a nourishing vegetarian lunch together, we continue into a guided shamanic journey where you will walk with your ancestors while receiving healing from the facilitators, allowing the insights and transformation of the morning to integrate more deeply. The healing vibrations of the gongs weaved by Claire with the drums, voice energy work and shamanic journeying will anchor the energies raised throughout the day strong into the lay lines of the Earth for a deeper integration.
The day concludes with a gentle closing circle, giving space for reflection, integration and the weaving together of your experience.
This is not simply a breathwork workshop, nor solely a shamanic ceremony. It is an intentionally woven experience combining somatic healing, nervous system regulation, energy healing, ceremony and shamanic practice into one coherent journey. Each element has been chosen to prepare the body, deepen the experience and support meaningful integration.
This ceremony may be especially supportive if you...
Feel caught in recurring family, relationship or emotional patterns.
Carry anxiety, fear, shame or grief that seems difficult to trace to your own experiences.
Often feel responsible for others while neglecting yourself.
Sense that you are carrying burdens that are not entirely yours.
Long to reconnect with your roots, your intuition and your inner wisdom.
Are navigating a significant life transition or entering a new chapter.
Wish to honour your ancestors while consciously creating a different future.
Feel called towards ceremonial, embodied and trauma-informed healing.
Desire a deeper relationship with yourself, the Earth and Spirit.
No previous experience with breathwork, shamanic practices or ceremony is required. You will be guided with care throughout the entire day.
What you may receive
Every healing journey is unique, yet participants often leave with a profound sense of lightness, clarity and reconnection.
This ceremony may support you to:

Our intention
This ceremony is not about blaming our ancestors, nor about trying to change the past. We do not approach healing through the lens of blame or forgiveness. Instead, we honour the understanding that each soul's journey unfolds within a greater Divine design, with experiences serving the evolution of consciousness. Our intention is simply to bring awareness to what has been carried through the lineage, release what no longer serves, and consciously choose what we carry forward.
It is about recognising that each generation inherits both wounds and wisdom.
When we consciously meet what has been carried through our lineage with compassion and awareness, we create the possibility for something new to emerge—not only for ourselves, but for those who come after us.
By freeing ourselves, we become a place where the lineage can finally exhale.
We look forward to walking this sacred journey with you.
Come sit in ceremony with us and "Become the ancestor your descendants will one day thank."

Receiving Rapé
Rapé (pronounced ha-peh) is a sacred Amazonian plant medicine traditionally prepared from finely ground medicinal plants and the tobacco Nicotiana rustica. It has been used for generations by Indigenous tribes in prayer, healing, grounding and spiritual ceremony.
Within this ceremony, Rapé is offered with deep respect and clear intention. It is not taken recreationally, but as a sacrament to support presence, clarity, grounding and connection.
Rapé is administered through the nostrils using a ceremonial applicator. The experience is often immediate and can feel intense for a few moments before settling into a deeper sense of stillness and clarity.
Each person's experience is unique. Some people experience profound peace, emotional release or a feeling of deep connection, while others may simply notice increased mental clarity and grounding.
Possible experiences
After receiving Rapé, you may experience:
A temporary burning or stinging sensation in the nose and sinuses.
Watery eyes or increased tearing.
A runny nose or mucus release.
Sneezing or coughing.
Increased salivation.
Emotional release, including laughter, tears or unexpected emotions.
Tingling sensations or changes in body awareness.
A deep sense of calm, silence or expanded presence.
Mental clarity and a quietening of the mind.
Feeling more connected to yourself, nature or Spirit.
Purging
For some people, Rapé may bring about purging, which is considered within many Indigenous traditions to be a natural part of the cleansing process.
Purging may include: Vomiting (very rare), Gagging, Spitting or releasing excess mucus, Yawning, Crying or emotional release, Sweating, Trembling or shaking, Needing to use the toilet.
Not everyone will experience purging, and its absence does not mean the medicine has been any less effective. Each person's body responds differently, and all experiences are welcomed without judgement.
If vomiting occurs, it is held respectfully as part of the ceremonial process, and appropriate containers and support will be available.
Participation
Receiving Rapé is entirely optional. You are welcome to decline without explanation and remain fully included in the ceremony.
Our intention is always to create a safe, respectful and well-held space where each participant is free to honour their own body, boundaries and inner wisdom.
Personal Responsibility
By booking your place, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing throughout the day. This event is intended as a complementary wellbeing experience and is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

As spaces are limited and carefully prepared, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another person, provided we receive at least 48 hours' notice before the event. It is your responsibility to arrange the transfer, and the new participant must be aware of any required health information before attending.
Thank you for understanding and helping us create a safe and well-held space for everyone attending.
