Crystal Bowl Sound Bath ~ 30th September
6.30pm arrival for 7pm-8pm sound bath
Come and immerse yourself in the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, as Lianne from ‘Celestial Sound Awakening’, takes you on a journey which enables the body to receive sound frequencies and vibrations. Creating a profound state of relaxation, balance and healing within the body and mind.
Lianne truly wants the ancient ceremonial benefits of sound and the depths of its healing to impact many.

The Shala
A magical space, with views of the undulating hills, built over a crystal grid to bathe you in the energy of this mystical land.
Infra-red heated floor to heal and relax the body, floating in comfort with sound system and ambient soft lighting.
The Shala is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets for the perfect experience.
Wellness Spa
Add the element of water with our luxurious indoor swimming pool, a welcome treat for retreat guests.
Your group can have access to the Wellness Spa for a gentle swim, relaxation by the poolside followed by a healing infra-red sauna and hot tub.
